Qualifications
What It Takes:
Entry level to early career accounting experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
In addition, we are looking for:
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data and invoices
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review data, identify discrepancies, and solve problems
• Basic to intermediate experience with Excel and accounting or financial systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with customers
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and areas of the business
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
